Patient Services Outbound Representative – Malvern, PA
OverviewAs the initial point of contact, you will support patients in activating their ECG Solutions heart monitor, providing technical assistance, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to help patients activate their monitoring devices and offer technical guidance.
- Manage daily and weekly patient call lists efficiently, coordinating with Clinics and Account Executives to resolve service delays, cancellations, and patient needs.
- Collaborate with the Patient Services team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain high-quality standards.
- Participate in a 6‑week initial training period (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST) under the guidance of an Educator.
- Complete a 3‑week ramp‑up period working Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 7:30pm EST with a holiday rotation.
- High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
- 6+ months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high‑volume support environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent computer skills.
- Strong technical acumen with experience troubleshooting and providing technical support.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to manage high call volumes.
- Ability to navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously and adapt to change.
- Must be able to perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Initial training/nesting spans 6 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, under the mentorship of an Educator in a structured, hands‑on setting. After training, a 3‑week ramp‑up period involves working Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 7:30pm EST with a holiday rotation.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $16.00–$24.00 per hour (may vary within the posted range). Additional compensation such as annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives may be offered.
