Customer Engagement Representative

Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to support customer operations in Malvern, PA
. This role will manage the full customer lifecycle, including quoting, order entry, order management, billing, and issue resolution. The Customer Engagement Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while providing professional communication, problem-solving, and customer ownership across multiple platforms including phone, email, Salesforce, and SAP.

• Experience supporting customers via phone and email
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with quote processing and order management
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience collaborating across sales, finance, planning, and IT teams

• 4+ years of customer service, customer engagement, or order fulfillment experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience utilizing ERP and CRM systems in a customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to meet quality, productivity, and order-processing metrics
• Demonstrated customer ownership and follow-through from issue identification through resolution

• $25/hour
