Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to join a leading industrial automation and manufacturing technology organization in Malvern, PA. This onsite role will support customers throughout the order lifecycle, including quoting, order processing, billing, account support, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Representative- Assist customers with pricing, product availability, order status, delivery, invoicing, and account questions.
- Process customer quotes and orders while ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
- Manage customer cases, orders, and account information within Salesforce and SAP.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, returns, expedited orders, and other customer service issues.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Planning, and IT to resolve customer-impacting concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and support ongoing process and service improvements.
- 4+ years of customer service, order management, or order fulfillment experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms;
Salesforce and SAP strongly preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Pay Rate: $25/hr

Malvern, PA – Onsite - Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM - Comprehensive benefits package
