- Responsible for improving reliability and performance of onshore mechanical equipment by developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Utilize CMMS systems to plan, track, and optimize maintenance activities ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
- Analyze equipment reliability data and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
