- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE registration required
- 6 to 12 years of responsible experience in Site Development work (preferably in Pennsylvania)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
