General Summary
Under limited supervision and guidance of the Manager, the E-Banking Specialist position will be responsible for learning job functions in the electronic banking department – wires, debit card production/disputes, ACH, OLB, Mobile Banking, Cash Management, Proof, Zelle, and document scanning. The individual must display competent office skills, uphold a strong mathematical aptitude, and exhibit self‑motivation, time‑management skills, and attention to detail.
Work is highly confidential in nature.
E‑Banking Team Manager

- Consistently deliver phenomenal customer service through aggressive friendliness accompanied by honest, positive and confident behaviors (in‑house and on the phone)
- Provide timely and accurate service to both internal and external customers
- Process debit card applications daily duties
- Process debit card disputes daily duties
- Process ACH daily duties
- Process OLB/Cash Management/Mobile Banking/Zelle daily duties
- Process Proof and data entry functions
- Process wire daily duties
- Scan documents received on customer accounts pertaining to the E Services applications
- Perform any other related duties as may be required or assigned
- Champion the MNB mission statement with pride and enthusiasm
- Perform all aspects of your position with a cooperative and teachable spirit
- Support all other team members, providing assistance and encouragement to ensure service is provided in the most efficient and effective manner
- Exhibit professionalism at all times

Requirements Qualifications and RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year customer service experience required
- 1 year related office experience showcasing computer skills and use of other common office equipment preferred (e.g., data processing, clerical/admin, equipment operator, etc.)
- Banking experience preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Display excellent communication skills and cooperatively work with other team members of the bank regardless of personalities or communication style
- Successfully complete all job assignments and meet timelines under minimal supervision
- Exhibit strong mathematical aptitude and ability to learn automated banking operations
- Multi‑task and rotate job tasks with seamless flexibility
- Occasionally work beyond set schedule; could include after‑hours work or weekends
- Successfully complete any assigned compliance training; adhere to internal controls and procedures; understand and comply with bank policies as well as regulations, laws, and the bank’s BSA/AML program as applicable…
