Role Summary
This role provides project management services on a multi-year or major project, applying functional expertise to improve project results. It also contributes to centralized project governance through development of best practices, reporting consolidation, and tracking of cross-project dependencies.
ResponsibilitiesActs as subject matter expert and manages multiple workflows.
Serves as a point of escalation for issues raised by junior specialists based on severity and risk.
Identifies trends in complex issues and collaborates with internal partners to develop solutions; provides training for less experienced crew.
Partners with Operations, Portfolio Management, and Relationship teams on resolution of cases.
Develops and maintains proficient knowledge of direct indexing mechanics, tax‑aware investing concepts, and servicing complexity.
Ensures operational processes are followed consistently and drives process improvement.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
2–5+ years of experience in client service, investment operations, or advisor support.
Working knowledge of direct indexing or SMA concepts and account servicing workflows.
Strong attention to details and professional communication skills.
