DREAM Dementia Support Coaches work with staff in community and residential aged care through on-site visits, remote support, observation, modelling, and reflective dialogue. They provide tailored education based on DREAM modules, delivering both group sessions and individual mentoring. Coaches collaborate with staff, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure support is relevant, context-specific, and aligned with service needs. The role requires autonomy, adaptability, and a strong commitment to person-centred, psychosocial dementia support.

** Responsibilities
* * Dementia Support Coach will facilitate on the ground support, implementation of relationship-based support strategies, modelling and coaching with clients, carers and care staff.
Work collaboratively with peers to develop the skills, expertise and/or applied knowledge of aged care staff and carers to understand the person living with dementia and develop best practice support and care.
Strong organisational abilities, including effective time management and ability to prioritise in a busy work environment and competing demands.
