What you’ll do:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-performing individual contributor responsible for delivering enterprise-wide full life cycle recruitment in a highly regulated, dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast paced environment.

Success in this role requires:
  • Ownership of hiring outcomes within assigned portfolios
  • Strong collaboration with hiring managers and PXT partners
  • Proactive sourcing and pipeline development
  • Data-informed decision-making
  • A team-first mindset and willingness to continuously improve

This is a high-impact, strategic individual contributor role.

You will own hiring outcomes across critical business areas while also helping shape talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting infrastructure.

You are not just filling roles, you are actively contributing to the PXT and influencing the business.

Talent Ownership & Execution
  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles
  • Deliver high-quality hires in competitive, niche talent markets
  • Build deep pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
  • Partner with leadership to translate business goals into hiring strategies and plans
  • Identify talent gaps and build forward-looking pipeline strategies
  • Contribute to resource planning, hiring forecasts, and related process frameworks
Market Intelligence & Influence
  • Advise leaders on talent availability, compensation, and competitive dynamics
  • Push back when needed to drive better hiring decisions, not just faster ones
Data & Performance
  • Own and evolve recruiting metrics (quality of hire, time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve outcomes
  • Build dashboards and insights to inform executive decision-making
Technology & AI Enablement
  • Research, evaluate and recommend AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows
  • Leverage AI and data to improve sourcing precision, speed, and candidate quality
  • Establish best practices for ethical, compliant, and effective AI usage in hiring
What do you need?
  • 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth, complex environments
  • Proven success hiring technical and specialized talent, at all levels
  • Advanced sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action
  • Experience influencing stakeholders, at all levels, and driving alignment
