Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative
.

In this role, you will lead business requirements development and work closely with VA stakeholders and technical teams to ensure program needs are clearly defined and translated into actionable technical solutions.

The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in driving clarity across stakeholders, supporting user acceptance activities, and enabling successful delivery within a complex federal healthcare modernization environment.

Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing solutions to federal agencies across national security, healthcare, and information technology domains.

• Conduct detailed business and functional requirements analysis.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with VA business owners and technical teams.
• Develop process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and defect triage.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve system usability and business processes.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare or federal business analysis roles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Candidates must be able to:

• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead during the work shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist.
• Lift up to 20 lbs regularly.
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance.
• Push or pull with up to 30 lbs of force.
