Leads in the review, analysis, and documentation of business systems and user needs. Provides system set-up, technical designs, and test planning.

Job Description Summary

Join a high-impact team responsible for strengthening the accuracy of retirement plan system set-up. In this specialist role, you will combine retirement plan knowledge, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to review plan documentation, validate system configuration, identify gaps, and partner across the business to drive remediation. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who enjoys complex problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and helping shape a growing audit program that is exploring AI-enabled solutions to expand its reach and impact.

What

You’ll Do

Conduct detailed audits of retirement plan system set-up to confirm alignment with formal plan documentation and expected plan provisions. Read, interpret, and apply U.S. retirement plan documents to evaluate whether system configuration accurately reflects plan requirements. Analyze findings, document issues clearly, and use critical thinking to assess potential business and client impacts. Partner with client-facing teams, Legal, Compliance, Strategic Consulting, and other stakeholders to communicate audit results and support thoughtful remediation plans.

Identify opportunities to improve audit quality, consistency, and scale, including the use of AI-enabled tools and process enhancements. Contribute to special projects and evolving team priorities that support stronger controls, better outcomes, and increased audit capacity.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least three years of related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience reading and interpreting U.S. retirement plan documents.
  • Strong auditing, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and collaborate effectively with business, legal, compliance, and client-facing partners.
  • Experience with retirement plan recordkeeping (system plan set-up is a plus).
