Information Technology Technician

• Onsite 5 days a week in Malvern, Arkansas
• Pay ranging from $20-$35/hr
• 6 month contract with very high likelihood of extensions
• Mix between Wearhouse and Office setting
• The warehouse environment will be very hot due to heated metal in the area

Job Description

• Provide hands-on IT support in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS devices, printers, peripherals, and common applications
• Troubleshoot network, server, printer, and endpoint issues independently
• Manage break/fix tickets, escalations, and service requests within SLA/SLO requirements
• Support local file/print servers, connectivity, and permissions
• Deploy and image devices using SCCM or similar tools
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, and site projects
• Create documentation and provide end-user training as needed
• Support warehouse technologies including HHUs, VMUs, and Zebra/Lexmark printers

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of deskside or onsite IT support experience
• Manufacturing or warehouse environment experience preferred
• Strong Windows 10/11 support experience with basic Windows Server knowledge
• Experience supporting macOS and iOS devices
• Hands-on networking experience with switches, cabling, printers, and endpoints
• Server support experience including file/print services, permissions, security, and connectivity troubleshooting
• SCCM or similar imaging and deployment experience
• Active Directory administration including users, groups, and permissions

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing or warehouse IT background
• Experience supporting HHUs, VMUs, Zebra printers, Lexmark printers, and Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Infrastructure project leadership experience, including multi-site environments
• Change Management, Problem Management, and monitoring tools experience
• MCSA, MCSE, Dell, or HP certifications
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, and Active Roles Server
