Job Details
Location: Veranda Luxury Pontoons (17B57) – Malvern, AR 72104
Responsibilities- Live and promote company values
- Proficient in all Welder 2 requirements
- Proficient in all MIG and TIG weld/positions
- Identify workflow issues and take necessary action in conjunction with department leadership
- Understand fabrication and correctly fit parts to ensure quality welds
- Provide guidance and instruction to Welder 1 or 2 when needed
- Maintain Welder 3 status by performing any station in the department while meeting cycle times and understanding that this may be required
- Lead by example in safety, attendance, behavior, performance, and adherence to all shop rules
