Maintenance Director

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruptions to operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of parts, and vendor relationships for equipment repairs and services.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and compliance documentation.

• Proven experience in maintenance management or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and computerized maintenance systems (CMMS).
