** Responsibilities:*
* ** Staff Management: 8 Direct Reports (Service Technicians)*** ### Hire, train, and evaluate service technicians* ### Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members* ### Provide guidance and support to team members* ### Address and resolve any employee issues or conflicts### Customer Service:* ### Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints related to service* ### Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers* ### Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue new service opportunities### Inventory Management:* ### Monitor and maintain inventory levels of service parts and equipment* ### Coordinate with procurement team to order necessary supplies* ### Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize waste### Budgeting and Cost Control:* ### Develop and manage service department budget* ### Identify and implement cost saving measures* ### Monitor expenses and ensure they are within budget guidelines### Quality Control:* ### Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for service department* ### Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance* ### Implement corrective actions as needed to improve service quality### Safety and Compliance:* ### Ensure service department follows all safety regulations and guidelines* ### Develop and implement safety training for service technicians* ### Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and make necessary adjustments to comply### Reporting and Communication:* ### Prepare and present regular reports on service department performance* ### Communicate regularly with upper management on service operations and any issues or concerns* ### Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance.###
