Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Business Development team to maximize productivity and foster a results‑driven culture.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of compliance and risk, regulatory and departmental policies and procedures, ensuring the team operates within the guidelines.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Ten years related work experience; five years sales experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred.
  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g., FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role‑specific duties.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high‑performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
