** Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Set up equipment in accordance with print specifications and work instructions; make adjustments to maintain set-up; perform equipment or machinery set-up including stamping dies, forming dies, machining dies, etc
* Perform daily and/or weekly operator equipment maintenance
* Proficiently operate iron worker, press brakes, hydraulic shear, band saw, milling machines, plasma and other equipment
* Utilize inspection gauges such as dial calipers, protractors, squares, and height gauges to perform quality checks on parts
* Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine appropriate operations to be performed
* Drive forklift and maintain necessary certification
* Operate cranes, hoists, and lift tables to load/unload material
* Route parts and components to the proper department or storage location
* Label materials produced and scan shop orders within an ERP system
* Efficiently prioritize workload and use of available resources with time constraints
* Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
* Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** No minimum education required
* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
* Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32"
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
* Ability to stand, walk, and sit up
* Ability to use hand to finger, handle, and feel
* Ability to climb and balance
* Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
* Ability to reach with hands and arms
* Ability to see, talk, and hear
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Experience operating iron worker, press brakes, hydraulic shear, band saw, milling machines, plasma and other related equipment

The pay range for this position is $18.41 - $28.62/hr base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
