Schedule/Hours:

Contract position offering flexible scheduling
Shifts may include days, nights, or weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid and active RN license
Recent experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Comfortable managing patient care across diverse age groups and medical conditions
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Ability to document accurately and efficiently within electronic health records
Team-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and safety

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to medical-surgical patients, closely monitoring conditions and implementing physician orders
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for therapeutic effects or adverse reactions
Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on procedures, post-discharge care, and health maintenance
Maintain infection control standards and adhere to hospital protocols
Ensure accurate, timely documentation of patient status and nursing interventions
