• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners, administer medications (including IV therapy if certified), and perform diagnostic tests as per protocols.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts at shift start, adhere to safety techniques, and respond to codes or emergencies.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and diet plans, and document encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
• Obtain and maintain CPR certification.
