AFFCO is hiring for a Company Meat Inspector at our Malvern facility near Rolleston, Christchurch. You will perform post-mortem checks on dressed carcasses, ensuring meat products meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Successful candidates will inspect animals after slaughter, maintain accurate records, and communicate product quality and safety to the company. Training towards inspector certification may be provided, with pre-employment medical and drug screening mandatory.
