Quality Control Inspector; 3rd Shift

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00 (Depending on Experience)

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THIRD SHIFT (11:00pm-7:00/7:30am)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support various GMP regulations with primary focus on process inspections of manufacturing,assembly, and packaging processes
• Complete Incoming Quality Checks and record results
• Work with specifications and controlled documentation to perform the identifiedinspections for manufacturing, assembly, and packaging and recordresults
• Communicate issues/failures with the line supervisors and Quality Assurance Manager
• Review and approvebatch records, line clearance, and 1st quality checks/samples
• Release product and finished goods
• Review and approve DHRdocumentation
• Assist the Quality Manager with inspections of compliance to GMP regulations and practices throughout the facility
• Monitor and provide training to facility areas for GMP Compliance
• Serve as role modelfor GMP compliance
• Organize and maintain working documents
• Provide addedcompliance support and monitoring
• Assist QA manager with administrative support
• Travels to other facilities as needed
• Other duties as deemed necessary

Ability to perform andrecord inspections and observations accurate,
prepare and present records and reports and observe safety precautions
and regulations such as GMPs

• Ability to deal withstaff and the Customer in a positive and successful manner
• Ability to demonstratehighly conscientious work performance
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Demonstrate ability towork under pressure with accuracy and efficiency
• Demonstrate ability tobe part of multi-functional team
• Ability to evaluatequality control and quality assurance statistics
• Ability to planworkload and remain flexible if changes are required
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be willing towork overtime or off shift if necessary
• Must be able to read,write and speak fluent English
• While performing theduties of this job, the employee regularly works in a warehouse/manufacture setting.
