Electrician Associate

Compensation

• Pay Range $25.48-$31.85 per hour
• Competitive starting pay based on experience and qualifications
• Eligible for annual and skilled‑based wage increases
• Monthly bonus based on plant productivity

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating every 10 weeks)

Safely and effectively performs diagnostic testing and repairs on extensive electrical systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems in order to ensure continuous operation of production equipment.

• Perform planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming and extrusion process to ensure integrity of electrical systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process, including trim presses, extruders, formers, and grinders.
• Modify new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure housekeeping in areas of responsibility remains safe, clean, and tidy.
• Follow all company‑established rules and policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years related experience or 2‑year Electrical Technology degree; residential/commercial license preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading (mechanical/electrical), AC and DC drive systems.
• Previous electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience; knowledge of PLCs required.
• Team‑oriented; willing to work overtime and off‑shift as needed.
