This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
DaVita is seeking a driven Service Now Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The Service Now Developer will focus on the development and maintenance of the Service Now platform, with a strong emphasis on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Now Assist.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, developing custom applications, and supporting the continuous improvement of the platform. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes initiative on new projects, and is dedicated to providing excellent technical support.
Core Responsibilities- Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the HRSD and ITSM modules.
- Implement and support AI capabilities using Now Assist to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Build custom applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Handle operational catalog item changes, manage update sets, and perform routine platform maintenance.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshooting and resolving defects and incidents.
- Ensure the stability and performance of critical business processes on the platform.
- Collaborate with Senior Developers and Engineers to execute on the platform roadmap.
- Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.
- Required Experience:
- Experience as a Service Now Developer or Administrator (e.g., 2-4+ years).
- Solid technical knowledge of the Service Now platform (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required;
Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- Desired Skills and Strengths:
- Experience with or strong interest in HRSD and Now Assist; experience with Field Service Management and Business Continuity Management a plus.
- Proven ability to offer solutions and support troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Eagerness to learn, take on new projects, and contribute innovative solutions.

Salary Range: $78,000.00 - $ per year. Compensation will depend on candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
