A Little About The Position
  • Assist in managing daily operation of the Canyon Lodge Ticket Office, including Guest Experience trail for daily and season pass fulfillment, group reservations, sport school and the handing of Guest Service issue that may arises.
  • This includes the guest recovery for multiple Business Units either directly or indirectly working with other Business Units managers in solving guest complaints. Also includes assisting in management of staff, job sharing, daily reconciliation and balancing, and assisting Cashiers in resolving guest issues.
Job Requirements
  • Guest Experience Supervision required
  • Extensive computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple sales platforms (knowledge of Sirius is an advantage, Microsoft operating system and moderate computer knowledge is highly desired.)
  • Knowledge of Mammoth products, services, and pricing preferred
  • Must be a skilled Supervisor of people and resources
  • Must be a skilled trainer of people
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must be a good problem solver and have strong conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • The ability to understand and react to the dynamic nature and needs of this business
  • Availability to work Weekends and Holidays throughout the operating season
  • High School Degree or comparable degree preferred

Hourly pay rate: $24.84 to $27.04
