A little about this position:
  • Oversees the operations of the Hotel, including Front Desk, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Owner Relations;
    Property Management for both Residential HOA and Master Association, including Commercial Tenants Relations, Events, Grounds Crew, Marketing and Advertising.
  • Assumes duties of the General Manager in the GM's absence.
  • Responsible for financial, employee, and guests service goals for the hotel and both Boards.
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in Hospitality or Resort Management preferred.
  • Proven track record in the hospitality industry and direct guest service organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visual One.
  • Professional demeanor, attitude and appearance.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees, and management.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
  • HOA Knowledge / CACM

Pay: $75,601.32 - $80,213.49 per year
