  Variable shifts may include days, nights, or weekends depending on OR needs
• Setting:
  Acute care hospital surgical department

• Circulate and/or scrub in operating rooms for a range of surgical procedures
• Ensure meticulous preoperative and postoperative patient assessment and care
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to facility infection control protocols
• Document intraoperative events and patient responses thoroughly
• Provide patient and family education related to perioperative processes

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of recent OR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency circulating and scrubbing across multiple surgical specialties
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability in high-pressure settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records
