Mammoth Mountain, part of Alterra Resorts, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director, Operations, Ski Patrol. You will oversee daily Patrol activities, coordinate staffing, training, and avalanche mitigation, and lead a team of patrollers to ensure safety across the mountain.
Ideal candidates bring a decade of patrolling at a Class A resort, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-stress environments.
