• To build and maintain engagement within the team in achieving its KPI & cost
• To cascade issues or updates regarding digibank that is applicable to the team
• To ensure the team to comply with compliance and other regulations
• To create comprehensive daily sales and productivity report (including analysis or room for improvement)
• To closely monitor and follow up each team member performance in terms of productivity
• To escalate all issues (technical and non-technical) that occurred from the team related with customer onboarding process
• Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services
• Contribute the latest ideas for the team to expand network of community for new customers

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Having WPPE/WAPERD certification is a plus
• Good understanding and knowledge about investment and wealth product
• Has experience in sales area
• Have a good problem solving skill
• Capable of operating computer and Microsoft office
