Apply now for the Customer Service Engineer (Field Service) position and play a key role in performing installations, start‑ups, maintenance, repairs, and updates of all Siemens healthcare products within your area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision and approval, including performing good reporting and follow‑up actions needed to complete the whole task. This role will be based in Manado City.

- Perform installations, troubleshooting, maintenance and updates for all medical devices at the customer site or hospitals.
- Communicate and accept all operative requests from the Customer Care Center or designated dispatch team.
- Prioritize tasks, actions, and schedules accordingly.
- Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters to solve the equipment issue.
- Ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment.
- Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare.
- Maintain highest customer satisfaction, within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.
- Perform all responsibilities and jobs proactively and as cost‑effectively as possible, taking profitability into account.
- Manage company assets.
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
- Be required to travel frequently, visit customer sites and work overtime when needed.
- Attend all mandatory technical trainings according to company needs.
- Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year experience in the Medical Device industry, who holds a completed Diploma Degree IV in Electromedical Engineering with GPA 3.0 and above (need to attach Academic Transcript) or a completed Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Bio‑Medical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University with GPA 3.0 and above (need to attach Academic Transcript).
- Good mechanical skills such as working with hand tools, drill, torque, and measurement devices (preferred).
- Good technical and analytical skills such as reading electronics wiring diagrams and understanding how to do electronics troubleshooting and using electronics measurement devices (preferred).
- Experience in a similar role and in healthcare (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of how to work in a Medical Device Industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong level of English communication, both written and spoken, as you will be doing escalations to regional support center, following instructions in service documentation in English and participating in overseas trainings.
- Strong drive and focus for results and customer service.
- Strong capability to perform mechanical tasks, electronics troubleshooting, IT networking, etc.
- Ability to do proper reporting and support operational needs.
- Ability to work independently, with teamwork and leadership skills considered an advantage.
- Capacity to adapt, offer solutions and take action to support improvement in Customer Service Engineering.
