Description:
The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking a Replacement Substitute School Counselor position for Manalapan-Englishtown Middle School with the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Standard New Jersey Certificate - School Counselor, Student Personnel Services,School Social Worker, or School Psychologist (with non-CST duties)
* Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a program or possess a CE, CEAS, or Standard New Jersey Certificate Student Assistance Coordinator (SAC)
* Ability to communicate effectively with children, staff & community
* Middle School experience preferred
* Experience with developing behavioral intervention plans following a multi-tiered system of supports
* Provide individual and group counseling
* Experience conducting harassment, intimidation, and bullying investigations
* Knowledge on creating, implementing, and maintaining 504's
* Experience with Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB) investigations
Terms of Employment:
* Leave Replacement Position
* Non-Tenure Track
* Daily Rate of Pay:
* $228.26 (1-60 days)
* $313.00 (61+ days)
