Job Overview
Euro Motors is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant – Finance and Insurance to support our Finance & Insurance operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative coordination, documentation, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, verify, and maintain Finance & Insurance documentation
- Coordinate with banks, insurance providers, and internal departments
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of customer files
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and record management
- Provide administrative support to the Finance & Insurance team
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in administrative, finance, or insurance roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
