This role owns how competitive the platform is in every market, city, and booking scenario. You act as the offer brain of the organisation, ensuring the strongest possible customer proposition while protecting margins and long-term revenue health.

This is a high-ownership commercial role sitting between Supply, Growth, and Brand. You are responsible for offer economics, competitiveness, and supply-side revenue performance.
You will decide when to lean on supplier-funded offers, when to invest margin strategically, and how to win bookings without damaging unit economics. This is not a relationship management role. It is a revenue and intelligence role with clear accountability.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Owning commission structures and supply-side revenue optimisation.
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue per booking without increasing acquisition cost.
- Tracking competitor offers across priority markets and cities.
- Maintaining a clear view of where the platform wins, matches, or loses on competitiveness.
- Designing and owning global offer frameworks, including supplier-funded, platform-funded, and hybrid offers.
- Deciding when and how much margin to reinvest to win bookings.
- Acting as the source of truth on offers across the organisation.
- Feeding structured offer intelligence into growth and brand teams.
- Defining hero, tactical, seasonal, and market-wide offers.
- Running offer governance to ensure systems, messaging, and reality stay aligned.
- Proactively resolving mismatches between offers, marketing, and availability.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial strategy, partnerships revenue, marketplace economics, or supply-side roles.
- Proven experience owning pricing, commissions, or offer economics with revenue accountability.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and conversion drivers.
- Highly analytical with confidence modelling scenarios and trade-offs.
- Ability to translate competitive insights into clear commercial decisions.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication skills and commercial judgement.
- Ownership of a critical global revenue lever.
- Direct influence on conversion, competitiveness, and margin performance.
