This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partnerships Lead based in Bahrain. The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and managing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities for business growth, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with organizational goals, as well as analyzing data and market trends to optimize partnerships and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications- Strong skills in building Strategic Partnerships and managing business relationships effectively
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proven Sales and negotiation experience, with a focus on results and value creation
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends, monitor partnership performance, and propose innovative strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with strong problem-solving aptitude
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the fintech industry and experience in a startup environment is a plus
