Summary:
Overseeing, managing, and leading the sales function and achieving the sales targets by empowering the sales team, developing sales strategies and crafting marketing campaigns. Ensuring all sales processes, strategies and objectives are aligned with organization vision, mission, and values.
Job Description::
Employ advanced data analysis techniques, such as moving averages and seasonal adjustments, to accurately forecast sales for each model. Continuously monitor market trends, sales pipeline dynamics, and customer demand fluctuations to refine forecasts and optimize inventory levels.
Activities:
Collaborating with the necessary internal stakeholders to prepare and execute marketing activities, materials, and events to promote the brand.
Collaboration:
Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure appropriate and seamless execution of deliverables and timely debt collection in an efficient manner in line with organizational vision and mission.
- Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant degree.
Experience:
- 8 – 10 years of experience in a relevant role.

- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, quickly adjust and thrive in dynamic and rapidly changing business settings.
- Analytical skills, gathering, interpreting, and drawing insights from data to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Problem solving skills and decision making in an efficient and timely manner.
