Overview
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for fire extinguisher products and services.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team, setting clear performance objectives and fostering a culture of success.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, installers, and large commercial clients to expand market reach.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and product innovations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fire protection or safety equipment industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Extensive knowledge of fire safety regulations, building codes, and different types of fire suppression systems.
