Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team in Manama, Bahrain. You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of $1,800 and accommodation provided.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive business strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of products or services as per customer requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Nationality Bahraini or GCC national preferred.
• Familiarity with the local market in Manama.
