Role Description

We are hiring a full‑time Business Development Manager – Aluminum (B2B), to be based on‑site in Manama. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the aluminum architectural systems industry. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating growth strategies, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will consistently strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s customer‑centric culture.

Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen, market research, and strategic planning skills
  • Proven expertise in client relationship management, negotiation, and customer service
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and account management, particularly in the aluminum or construction industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently in a results‑oriented environment
  • Familiarity with the aluminum manufacturing or construction industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
