We are seeking an experienced banking professional to lead the growth and expansion of a Commercial Cards and B2B Payments portfolio in Bahrain. This role will focus on corporate client acquisition, supplier payment solutions, portfolio growth, and strategic relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Drive growth of the commercial cards portfolio across large corporates and mid-market segments.
- Identify and unlock B2B supplier payment opportunities and increase card penetration.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, including MNCs and large enterprises.
- Support product development and commercial card solution launches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across transaction banking, risk, and operations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen market positioning.
- 12–18+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, Payments, Commercial Cards, or Transaction Banking.
- Strong expertise in B2B payments and corporate client management.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
- Experience managing corporate portfolios and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- MBA or equivalent in Business or Finance.
- Certifications in Payments or Digital Banking.
