Cards Product Management Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Cards Product Management Specialist to join a leading banking client in Bahrain. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Retail Banking, Cards & Payments, who have successfully managed card product portfolios, driven product launches, and delivered business growth.

• Lead the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of Debit, Credit, and Prepaid Card products.
• Drive new card product launches and define customer value propositions (CVPs).
• Develop pricing strategies and optimize product profitability.
• Manage the end-to-end cards portfolio while improving customer engagement and business performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams for successful product rollouts.
• Support revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on market trends.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
• Coordinate with card processors, payment networks, and external vendors for seamless product delivery.
• Support sales teams through product training, sales enablement, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Drive marketing campaigns and tactical initiatives to increase card usage and customer satisfaction.

• 10–15 years of experience in Cards Product or Portfolio Management.
• Strong expertise in Debit, Credit & Prepaid Card Products.
• Hands‑on experience in Product Launches, Commercialization, and CVP Development.
• Strong understanding of Card Profitability, Portfolio Performance, and Banking KPIs.
• Knowledge of Retail Banking, Cards Processing Systems, Regulatory Compliance, and Payment Ecosystem.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
