Overview
We re hiring a Client Engagement & Project Coordinator to join the Etijah team — someone ready to build a serious career in project management, client engagement, and business operations.
This is a client-facing coordination role overseeing various projects in Bahrain, Saudi and GCC.
You ll work directly with project leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on ownership of timelines, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and execution. This isn t a task-coordination role — it s a launchpad for someone who wants to grow into a future project leader.
What you ll need- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (project coordination, client services, operations, or consulting preferred)
- University degree, GPA 3.0+
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Hybrid model (50% remote / 50% office)
- Weekly mentoring and coaching from senior team members
- Real responsibility from day one — not busywork
- Clear path for growth into project leadership
