Job Description

• Business Acumen: Ability to use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives with the ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures
• Advanced Communication: Ability to communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner
• Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NFP
• Advanced Language: Knowledge of, and the ability to use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written
• Advanced Planning & Organizing: Ability to organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives
• Advanced Technological Ability: Ability to understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software;
  Knowledge in related accounting software and ERP
• Advanced Problem Solving: Gathers and analyzes data and effectively respond to new, complex or problematic situations; creates solutions that drive value for NFP and its customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant
