Hybrid & Operations Fellow

About the Role

As an Operations & Growth Fellow you’ll join our Project Management Track working at the heart of one of Calo’s fastest‑growing business verticals. This one of the most cross‑functional roles in the Fellowship places you alongside leaders driving growth for the On‑Demand business across multiple markets, giving you exposure to everything from operations and marketing to commercial strategy, supply expansion and customer experience.

No two days will look the same—you may help launch a new initiative one day, coordinate stakeholders across teams the next, analyze operational performance or solve challenges that directly impact the customer experience. You’ll become someone who connects people, drives execution and turns ideas into reality.

• Support the planning and execution of cross‑functional projects across the On‑Demand business.
• Coordinate with teams across Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Experience and other functions.
• Track project timelines, priorities and deliverables to ensure initiatives move forward.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Help launch new initiatives, processes and business improvements across multiple markets.
• Prepare project updates, presentations and recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects from planning through execution & delivery.

• Recently graduated from high school or university.
• Little or no professional experience but excited to learn.
• Passion for organizing projects, people & ideas.
• Natural ownership and enjoyment in making things happen.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and grow.
• Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
• Thrives in fast‑moving environments where each day is different.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, project‑management tools or AI tools is a plus.
