Accelerator Associate Intern

Company Description

Startup Nest is a venture-building accelerator for early-stage technology founders. Through a structured 4-month program, founders work alongside experienced operators, mentors, and industry partners to validate, build, and scale companies with real market potential.

• Work directly with startup founders and support their growth journey.
• Assist with accelerator programs, events, and founder initiatives.
• Research startups, technologies, and emerging market trends.
• Support founder communications, community activities, and ecosystem engagement.
• Contribute to projects that create real impact for early-stage companies.
• Build relationships with founders, mentors, investors, and ecosystem leaders.

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in business, technology, engineering, entrepreneurship, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience with startups, projects, entrepreneurial initiatives, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with productivity tools, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
• Interest in venture capital, innovation, product development, and startup ecosystems.

• Direct exposure to founders building innovative companies.
• Practical experience in accelerator operations and startup support.
• Understanding of venture building, fundraising, and startup growth.
• A strong professional network across the startup ecosystem.
