Visual Designer

We're seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our clients dynamic marketing team and contribute to the growth of a leading holding company in Bahrain. As a Visual Designer, you'll be instrumental in crafting engaging visuals that elevate their brand, enhance user experiences, and bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts that align with the brand strategy and business objectives.
• Transform initial sketches into high-quality infographics and motion graphics that adhere to the highest design standards.
• Create visually consistent assets across various platforms, including social media, digital advertising, print materials, presentations, landing pages, and event branding.
• Design and produce captivating motion graphics and animations for digital media, from storyboarding to final rendering.
• Advocate for and implement scalable design solutions by building and maintaining comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and brand identity guidelines.
• Ensure that all design deliverables meet project timelines and adhere to specified design specifications.
• Continuously explore new design trends and techniques to push the boundaries of visual creativity and elevate clients brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in visual design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and animation.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, etc.
• A strong understanding of visual design principles, animation techniques, and user experience best practices.
