Content Creator, Content Writer ​/ Copywriter

We are seeking a
Creative Content Creator
to join a growing tech company in Bahrain. You will be responsible for developing innovative campaign ideas, producing engaging social content, and managing online presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with a videographer, graphic designer, digital marketing specialist, and content creator to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns that resonate with audiences across the GCC.

• Develop and execute creative content and campaign ideas for social media, marketing initiatives, and push notifications.
• Write engaging copy, captions, and scripts in Arabic and English, adapting tone and style for various GCC markets.
• Create and contribute ideas for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video content.
• Record voiceovers and assist with scriptwriting for videos and campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms: posting, reposting, scheduling, and engaging with audiences through comments and interactions.
• Monitor community engagement, ensuring all communication reflects the brand’s tone and personality.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all visuals and messaging.
• Stay updated on social trends, audience insights, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management (especially Tik Tok and Instagram Reels).
• Strong copywriting and creative storytellingabilities in both Arabic and English.
• Confident invoiceovers and video scriptwriting.
• Deep understanding of GCC audiences and ability to adapt content tone and dialect accordingly.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content optimization.
• A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
