Responsibilities
- Develop creative and visually compelling designs for digital and print media.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.
- Design promotional materials including advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and event collateral.
- Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual assets to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Produce creative content that increases audience engagement and supports business objectives.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to support marketing and branding initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and branding capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience in content creation for social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to transform concepts and ideas into impactful visual content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury hospitality brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end creative work across digital and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience working with brand guidelines and multi-brand environments.
- Understanding of digital design requirements (social, web, performance marketing assets).
- Experience in pre-opening or destination marketing is a strong advantage.
