• Develop creative and visually compelling designs for digital and print media
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communications
• Design promotional materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and event collateral
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual assets to ensure high‑quality output
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Produce creative content that increases audience engagement and supports business objectives
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to support marketing and branding initiatives

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and branding capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• Experience in content creation for social media and digital marketing platforms
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling
• Ability to transform concepts and ideas into impactful visual content
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury hospitality brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑end creative work across digital and print
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience working with brand guidelines and multi‑brand environments
• Understanding of digital design requirements (social, web, performance marketing assets)
• Experience in pre‑opening or destination marketing is a strong advantage
