About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team at E  & Co General Trading WLL in Manama, Bahrain. This full‑time on‑site position offers opportunities for career growth.

• Design engaging marketing and branding materials, including social media creatives, brochures, presentations, banners, advertisements, and promotional collateral.
• Develop innovative product packaging designs that align with brand identity, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Create packaging artwork, labels, product mockups, and print‑ready files while ensuring compliance with production requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to create visually compelling campaigns and product presentations.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and communication materials.
• Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with vendors, printers, and packaging suppliers when required.
• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for digital and offline channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, packaging innovations, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and packaging design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in product packaging design, label development, and print production processes.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand identity development.
• Ability to create print‑ready artwork and packaging dielines.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collateral, and packaging design projects.

• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics tools.
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design platforms.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Product photography, photo retouching, and mockup creation skills.
• Familiarity with packaging materials, finishes, and production techniques.
