Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design Intern role based in Manama. The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, event materials, presentations, and marketing collateral. Daily tasks include assisting with layout design, refining brand assets, preparing files for production, and editing images to align with Playbook’s visual identity.
The role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and community teams to ensure consistent branding across campaigns and member experiences. The intern will also contribute new design ideas, participate in creative brainstorming sessions, and help maintain an organized library of design assets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling layouts and assets.
- Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding, including maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic understanding of digital and social media design formats; motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Manama as part of a cross-functional team.
