To deliver high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused counter services by accurately processing all financial transactions for individual and corporate clients in a secure and risk-free manner. The role ensures strict adherence to established policies, operational procedures, and service standards while maintaining exceptional customer experience. This contributes to achieving defined KPIs, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the bank’s operational excellence.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transaction processing and to minimize errors.
• High level of accuracy and strong observational skills when handling cash and verifying documents.
• Methodical approach to work, ensuring compliance with procedures and operational controls.
• Sound understanding of banking operations, processes, and teller systems.
• Ability to detect discrepancies, irregularities, or potential fraud in transactions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including KYC, AML, and compliance standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and operational challenges effectively.
• Positive attitude and resilience in a high-paced customer-facing environment.

• University Degree in a relevant field.

• Fresh graduate or preferable minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the banking sector within operations and/or customer service functions.
